Hazel C Musemburi is an internationally experienced Registered Nurse and healthcare professional with a career spanning nearly two decades across Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Beginning her nursing career in 2008, Hazel has developed extensive experience across clinical practice, healthcare leadership, community health, mental health and aged care. Her professional background includes supporting vulnerable populations, coordinating complex patient care and contributing to healthcare services that prioritise dignity, compassion and positive patient outcomes.
Registered as a nurse in Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia, Hazel brings an international perspective to healthcare delivery, combining practical clinical knowledge with an understanding of different healthcare systems and standards of care.
Her experience has inspired a broader ambition: to contribute to the development of accessible, high-quality, person-centred healthcare services in Zimbabwe.
As Founder and CEO of Sanctum Health Care Group, Hazel is leading the development of a healthcare initiative designed to address important gaps in rehabilitation, mental health support, elderly care and supported living.
Beginning with the proposed Sanctum Residential Rehabilitation Centre, her vision is to establish a sustainable healthcare group that brings together compassionate care, professional expertise, community partnerships and responsible long-term growth.
Her guiding belief is simple: quality healthcare should not only treat conditions, but restore dignity, nurture hope and create opportunities for better lives.
